Wayne Daw

Wayne Daw has a wide range of work experience in operations management and leadership roles. Wayne most recently served as the Global Operations Director at Fuerst Day Lawson starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Firmenich as the Operations Director Northern Europe from August 2019 to October 2020 and as the Plant Director from March 2016 to August 2019. Wayne also worked at Unilever as a Plant Manager from July 2013 to March 2016. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Mars, including Operations Manager from January 2011 to July 2013, R&D Manager from May 2008 to January 2011, and Site Commercial Head - Raw Materials from November 2006 to May 2008. Wayne began their career at Campbell Soup Company as a QA Manager from April 2003 to November 2006.

Wayne Daw attended Anglia Ruskin University from 2001 to 2003 and obtained a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Chemistry.
