Erika Ashvini Rodsten

Erika Ashvini Rodsten is currently employed as a Junior Legal Counsel (Contract Specialist) at Fugro, starting in March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Legal Research Assistant at IOM Law, specializing in carbon capture and storage with a focus on third-party access and negative emissions/bio-CCS. Erika has also served as a Legal Intern in the energy department at Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS, and as a Legal Case Manager at Vy, where responsibilities included case investigations, assessments, and administrative duties. Other roles encompass serving as a Paralegal at Advokatfirmaet Sølverud AS, an intern at Sternberg Reed, and an Administrative Secretary at Minority Consult AS. Additionally, Erika held the position of Team Leader at UNICEF Norge, overseeing team coordination and event planning. Erika holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Maritime Law from the University of Oslo and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Bournemouth University.
