Karthik Shenoy

Karthik Shenoy is a Geographic Information System Specialist at Fugro since November 2020, focusing on data maintenance and map creation for environmental assessments and planning procedures related to key infrastructure projects in accordance with the NABEG. Prior to this role, Karthik worked as a Research Assistant at Leibniz Universität Hannover from June 2018 to May 2019, developing methodologies for eco-hydrological data integration and collaborating with spatial planners for sustainable development. Karthik also served as a Research Assistant at Leibniz Universität Hannover from April 2016 to September 2016, contributing to data preparation for classification model training. Earlier experience includes a Technical Support Engineer position at IBM India Private Limited in early 2014, tasked with incident reporting and problem-solving. Karthik holds a Master's degree in Water Resource and Environmental Management from Leibniz Universität Hannover and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
