Mariella Priem

Mariella Priem currently serves as the Head of HR for the Netherlands at Fugro, a position held since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Manager for Continental Europe and HR Country Manager for Benelux & DACH at Fiskars Group, as well as HR Business Partner at Woosh5, where Mariella contributed to developing a digital learning platform. Previous positions also encompass interpreting at CyraCom Careers and economic development at the Netherlands Business Support Office in Texas. Mariella has significant experience in human resources, including a tenure as Human Resources Business Partner at ECT Rotterdam, where responsibilities spanned HR generalist services and strategic consulting. Mariella holds a Master of Laws in Labor Law and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Amsterdam and Erasmus University Rotterdam, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
