Tessa Dekker-Meijboom

Tessa Dekker-Meijboom serves as the Global Head of Talent and Leadership Development at Fugro since October 2018, bringing extensive experience in learning and development from prior roles at CEVA Logistics, including Global Learning & Development Director and various leadership positions in talent acquisition and people development. Previous experience also includes HR management at PepsiCo International, training and development at Amgen, recruitment consulting at YER, and consulting at ebbinge & company. Tessa holds a Master's degree in Economics from Maastricht University, complemented by further educational experiences at Stellenbosch University, St Jozefschool, and den hulster in Venlo.
