Niclas Johansson

Niclas Johansson is a seasoned process developer with extensive experience in the welding industry. Currently employed at Fuji Autotech AB since January 2018, Niclas previously held the position of welding manager at BE Group Sverige from March 2013 to October 2017, where responsibilities included maintaining quality and compliance with EN 3834 and EN 1090 standards while preparing new jobs. Prior to this, Niclas served as welding manager at Solö Mechanical Solutions from August 2009 to December 2012, focusing on similar quality and compliance standards. Niclas began a career in production technology at Segerström Automotive between May 1994 and December 2008, specializing in process development, project management, and quality assurance in welding and pressing. Educational qualifications include training as welding manager (IWS) from Lernia Västerås in 2011 and earlier education at Rinmansskolan Eskilstuna.
