Brian Chang has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Plant Management and Innovation at Fuji Food Products Inc. since April 2018. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of R&D Manager at Fuji Food Products Inc. Previously, Brian was with GFF from September 2009 to April 2018, where responsibilities included serving as a Research and Development Supervisor. Brian holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Chapman University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
