Quang Nguyen is an experienced food safety and quality assurance professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Vendor Quality and Food Safety Manager at Fuji Food Products Inc. since December 2018, Quang develops and implements supply chain programs that comply with FDA FSMA regulations and third-party food safety audit standards. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Assurance Manager at H & N Group, Inc. from August 2012 to December 2018, where Quang established quality assurance programs and managed regulatory inspections. Additionally, Quang worked as a Quality Control/Quality Assurance professional at H & N Food International from March 2008 to July 2012, focusing on inspection processes and HACCP compliance. Quang holds a Master of Applied Science in Food Technology from The University of New South Wales and a Bachelor’s degree in Fishery Processing Technology from the University of Fisheries.
