Camelia Echim

Camelia Echim has extensive experience in the field of oils and fats, currently serving as a Development Manager at Fuji Oil Europe since August 2011. Prior to this role, Camelia Echim worked as a PhD student at the University of Ghent from September 2007 to June 2011, conducting research on biodiesel and oils and fats in collaboration with Desmet Ballestra in Zaventem, and participating in European projects such as SUSTOIL and TRACK FAST. Camelia Echim also completed a PhD at the University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine Cluj-Napoca from October 2004 to June 2008, focusing on food quality management of vegetable oils in accordance with European legislation.
