Tom Hilderson

Tom Hilderson is currently working as a Production Manager Oils & Fats at Fuji Oil Europe since January 2023. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Production Supervisor Latex at EOC Group from September 2018 to January 2023. Before that, Tom was a Production Supervisor at Puratos from December 2016 to September 2018. Tom has experience working in three shifts, leading 13 operators on five different lines, acting as a personnel planner, and ensuring production quotas were met. Tom also worked as a Machine-operator at Nuscience Group from August 2015 to January 2016 and as a Stock Clerk at Carrefour from July 2010 to July 2013. Tom holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry and biotechnology from Ghent University, obtained between 2013 and 2015, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry and nutrition from Ghent University, completed between 2010 and 2013.
