Shirish Avuku

Shirish Avuku is a Senior Design Engineer at Fuji Seal Europe, starting in January 2023, with previous experience as an Ingenieure/Konstrukteur at Gent-tech GmbH from October 2019 to December 2022, and as a Konstrukteur/Berechnungsingenieur at THIELMANN WEW GmbH from June 2018 to March 2019. Shirish completed a master's thesis at Universität Siegen focused on component design for material validation, researching crash deformation control and reproducibility. Prior roles also include work as a Werkstudent at Universität Siegen, analyzing vibration behavior during fatigue, and an apprenticeship at Bharat Dynamics Limited, where responsibilities included CAD drawing maintenance using SolidWorks. Shirish holds a master's degree in Mechatronics from Universität Siegen and a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
