Ana Teresa Roberts

Ana Teresa Roberts is a highly experienced scientist with a robust background in biotechnology and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since November 2019, Ana focuses on process design and technology transfers for bioreactor scale-up. Prior to this role, Ana held multiple positions at INVISTA, including Team Leader and Senior Research Scientist, where expertise in metabolic engineering led to advancements in the production of value-added chemicals. Ana's academic background includes a PhD in Plant Molecular Biology from the University of Warwick and extensive research experience at the University of Bath and University of Warwick, engaging in metabolic engineering and the study of plant responses to environmental stress.
