Budi Juliman Hidayat

Budi Juliman Hidayat is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in biotechnology and bioprocess engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist I at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since November 2021, Budi specializes in cell culture and scale-up processes. Budi's previous role as Principal Scientist at Unibio encompassed project coordination, fermentation processes, and new laboratory establishment from June 2014 to October 2021. Earlier work includes a researcher position at Aalborg University, focusing on molecular biology, and a postdoctoral position at the University of Copenhagen, where Budi worked on enzymatic hydrolysis and microscopy techniques. Budi's educational background includes a PhD in Biotechnology from Aalborg University, an MSc in Bioprocess Engineering from Wageningen University, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
