Grane Steinrud

Grane Steinrud is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as Global Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies since July 2025. Steinrud has a diverse background in recruitment, having worked as a freelance recruiter, headhunter, and coach since February 2025, and as a Senior Consultant at Hays from January 2024 to January 2025, specializing in technical and engineering profiles. Prior to these roles, Steinrud served as COO and Senior Partner at Totem Search & Selection from July 2020 to December 2023, contributing to its recognition as Denmark's top recruitment company. Additional experience includes positions in marketing communication, project management, and commercial management, with education in Literature from the University of Southern Denmark.
