Hayley Ward

Hayley Ward is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Responsible Engineer for Process Support Equipment at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since May 2025, Hayley has previously held various roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, including Senior Specialist in Computer Systems Validation and Validation Engineering, where responsibilities included optimizing maintenance activities and managing equipment issues. Earlier experience at Jones Engineering Group involved QA Engineering, focusing on renovations at Janssen Pharmaceutical. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Technological University Dublin, completed in 2017.
