Michele Martinez is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology field, currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Process Science at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since December 2020, following a brief consultancy role as a Senior Scientist at Baymar Solutions, LLC. With extensive experience at Roche Tissue Diagnostics from June 2008 to September 2020, Michele specialized in product and process development for in vitro diagnostics devices, overseeing processes from project initiation through design transfer. Earlier positions include Applications Development Specialist at Argylla Technologies, Associate Scientist at the UNM Immunotoxicology Laboratory, and the UNM Cancer Research & Treatment Center, along with foundational research at Monsanto Life Sciences. Michele holds a Master of Science in Toxicology from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Stony Brook University.
