Tess Loughran

Tess Loughran possesses extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Analytical PC Lead at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since September 2017. Tess has a proven track record of developing and mentoring teams, managing sample analyses, and implementing systems improvements through analytical automation. Key accomplishments include leading the establishment of an analytical laboratory, creating a structured and efficient work environment, and spearheading the global technical lead for a pioneering high-throughput automation system. Prior roles include Scientist II, Scientist I, and Associate Scientist at FUJIFILM, as well as a Senior Associate Scientist position at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Earlier experiences also include roles in laboratory assistance, quality control, and quality assurance. Tess holds a bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has actively contributed to cross-functional teams and stakeholder collaborations throughout a diverse career.
