Stuart Lucas

Stuart Lucas has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. Stuart currently works as a Senior Project Engineer at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific since August 2020. Prior to this, Stuart worked as a Freelance Consultant at Guidepoint starting from November 2016. Stuart also served as a Senior Project Manager at Ormco Corporation from April 2018 to May 2020, where they led the Technical File remediation activities during the transition from MDD 93/42/EEC to MDR 2017/745. Stuart's earlier roles include being the Director R&D Medical Devices at Haemonetics from 2012 to 2016, the VP R&D Medical Devices at Pall Corporation from 1999 to 2012, and the Sr Project Development Engineer at BD from 1995 to 1999.

Stuart Lucas has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth. Stuart also has a post-graduate diploma in Business Administration from the University of Brighton. Stuart has pursued Graduate Studies in Project Management at Lancaster University. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Kings Lynn Technical College, where they focused on A-Levels in Mathematics and Physics. Stuart also attended Swaffham Hammonds High School in the United Kingdom.

In terms of certifications, Stuart has obtained the Agile Project Management Foundations certification from LinkedIn in November 2017. Stuart also completed the Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management certification from LinkedIn in June 2017.
