Tim Nguyen

Tim Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and applications scientist. TIM is currently a Technical Support Scientist at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Hycor Biomedical LLC from April 2022 to June 2022.

Before joining Hycor Biomedical, Tim spent a significant portion of their career at Beckman Coulter. TIM held multiple roles at Beckman Coulter, starting as a Molecular Biology Research Associate at Xencor Inc. from September 2000 to June 2003. TIM then joined Gilead Sciences as a QC Microbiologist II from January 2003 to December 2006. Tim returned to Beckman Coulter, where they served as an Applications Scientist from January 2006 to December 2010, providing support for various automated solutions and clinical diagnostic chemistry. TIM later became a Senior Technical Customer Support and eventually a Sr. Technical Specialist, Customer Support, starting from June 2006 to December 2017.

Tim Nguyen attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1991 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Micro Med-Tech, with a concentration in Microbiology Med-Tech and Molecular Biology. TIM also earned a Master's degree in Med-Tech, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology during the same period.
