Timothy Chen

Timothy Chen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Timothy started their career as an Intern specializing in purification at SGX Pharmaceuticals in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Scientist at the Biophotonics Laboratory, conducting research on sperm energetics and publishing papers in reputable journals. Timothy then joined Assay Depot in 2010 as the Manager of Business Development and Marketing, where they led the implementation of software in pharmaceutical companies and managed various projects and competitions. In 2013, they joined Irvine Scientific as a Marketing Support Specialist before moving to FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific in 2015. At FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, they have held several roles, including Assistant Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Global Senior Product Manager, Worldwide Marketing Manager, and currently, as the Senior Marketing Manager. Throughout their career, Timothy has demonstrated a strong background in marketing, project management, and scientific research.

Timothy Chen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from UC San Diego from 2005 to 2009. Timothy then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from UC San Diego from 2009 to 2010. In 2008, they also participated in a program called Semester at Sea, but did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during that time.
