Adam Neijna

Adam Neijna is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law. Currently serving as US CapEx Counsel at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation since May 2022, Adam provides legal and business oversight for a multibillion-dollar capital expenditure program, focusing on strategic planning within the biologic and life sciences sectors. Previously, Adam founded and managed the Law Offices of Adam Neijna, PLLC, specializing in legal compliance and risk management for privately held companies. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Legal Associate at Cranfill, Sumner & Hartzog, LLP, and a Legal Associate at both Peckar & Abramson and Camner, Lipsitz and Poller, P.A. Early career experience includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney, where Adam prosecuted over one hundred jury trials. Adam holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Emory University.
