Walter Parsons has a strong background in sales and management, with a focus on the photography industry. Walter has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1985 as a General Manager at Wilson Photofinishing, where they streamlined operations and increased productivity. Walter then served as a Plant Manager at Camera Shops of New Britain in 1987, overseeing plant operations and implementing incentive programs.

In 1987, Walter joined Eastman Kodak as a Sales Director for the Kiosk division. During their time there, they managed customer retail printing business, handled sales and promotions, and managed third-party relationships. Walter also played a role in Kodak's turnaround strategy through the company's reorganization and downsizing efforts.

Walter oversees the distribution of X-Series and GFX professional cameras and lenses, equipment and consumables for making prints, enlargements, and the instax line of products. In addition, Walter's team facilitates the expansion of products offered by photo retailers through the company's PPPG division.

Walter Parsons completed their education from 1978 to 1979 at the New York Institute of Technology, specializing in Social Sciences. Subsequently, from 1979 to 1983, they attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Photographic Processing and Finishing Management.
