Delara Motlagh

Delara Motlagh serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc. since April 2025, following a tenure as Vice President of Global Cell Therapy at Catalent Pharma Solutions from December 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Delara held various leadership roles within Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies from March 2017 to November 2022, including SVP and General Manager of Cell Therapy, where a significant commercial strategy overhaul contributed to the growth of a $30M business. Delara's extensive experience also includes a decade at Baxter International Inc., where impactful roles spanned from Director of Global Marketing for PD Therapy Products to senior management positions in cellular therapies. Delara holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a PhD in Physiology & Biophysics, a MS in Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
