Marie Uphoff

Marie Uphoff has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marie is currently working as the Director of Project & Portfolio Management at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics since May 2021. Prior to this, Marie worked as a Senior Project Manager at LGC, Biosearch Technologies from August 2019 to May 2021. Marie also has experience working at Lucigen Corp., where they held the roles of Project Manager from August 2016 to May 2021, and Product Development Specialist from January 2013 to August 2016. Marie's earlier experience includes working at Roche NimbleGen as a Technical Support Product Manager from April 2012 to January 2013, and as an Interim Product Manager - Software from November 2011 to January 2013. Before that, they worked at Roche-NimbleGen as a Senior Technical Support Specialist from July 2006 to April 2012. Marie's career began at Invitrogen as a Scientist, where they worked from 2000 to 2006.

Marie Uphoff obtained a Masters Certificate of Project Management from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002-2004. Their undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Marie Uphoff also earned the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2016.
