Keith Maeda

Keith Maeda is an experienced operations executive with a robust background in the restaurant and franchising sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Fujisan Franchising Corp. since April 2016, Keith has previously held key positions including Vice President of Restaurant Operations at Amco Foods and General Manager/Sr Director of Operations at Fujisan Franchising Corp. Keith's extensive experience also includes roles at Knowledge Universe, Togo's, Dunkin' Brands, Jack in the Box, KINKOS, Taco Bell, and Rockwell International. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of California at Irvine and an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of La Verne.
