Matt Coley

Matt Coley currently serves as the Director of Residential Sales for the North Division at Fujitsu General America, Inc., overseeing ductless and unitary sales across 26 states since April 2024. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple leadership positions at Ferguson Enterprises, including District Commercial HVAC Manager for the eastern district and Regional Vice President. Additionally, Matt was the VRF Business Development Manager for the Northeast at Baker Distributing Company from June 2011 to February 2015. Matt's career began at Ferguson Enterprises in April 2007 as General Manager. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from the Virginia Military Institute, earned between 1993 and 1997.
