Russell Edwards CEng BSc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, change management, and program leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Inverness College, UHI, and Head of Change for Fujitsu, Russell leads the integration of the Global Services Business Group. As Director of Edwards Carmichael Consulting Ltd, Russell provides consultancy in portfolio, programme, and project management. Previous roles include Head of Portfolio Management at Fujitsu and Project Manager at Highland Council, where Russell implemented significant process optimizations. With a military background in senior managerial positions within HM Forces and operational advising in Sierra Leone, Russell possesses a comprehensive skill set in delivering technology-driven solutions and driving efficiency across diverse organizations. Russell holds a BSc in General Science from the University of Aberdeen and graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
