Takuya Hirano

Takuya Hirano currently serves as a Board Member at Renesas Electronics and Fujitsu, and holds the position of Executive Advisor at Honda Motor Co., Ltd. Additionally, Takuya is a Co-Founder and Chairman at Three Fields Advisors and Yayoi Co., Ltd., respectively, and serves as a Board Member at Yokogawa. Previously, Takuya was a Board Member of J.LEAGUE from March 2022 to March 2024. With extensive experience at Microsoft from 2005 to 2022, Takuya held roles such as Vice President of Global Alliances and Systems Integrators Partners, CEO of Microsoft Japan, and General Manager in several capacities covering diverse geographical regions. Takuya's earlier career included positions at Hyperion Solutions as Managing Director and Country Manager, and in Business Development at Kanematsu. Takuya completed education at Brigham Young University from 1992 to 1995.
