Paul Hubbard

Paul Hubbard has over 25 years of work experience, beginning with their role as an Accident & Breakdown Emergency Operator at CMG Rescue Services in 1992. Paul then moved on to become a Mechanical Technician at Autoparts Ltd in 1994, followed by a Production Engineer role at Western European Bearings Limited in 1995. In 1996, Paul began working for Technip E&C Ltd, Milton Keynes, UK (Formerly Shaw E&C Ltd and prior to that Stone & Webster Ltd) in various project roles, including Project Director/Deputy Project Director, Small Projects Business Line Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer - Engineering Management, Senior Project Consultant, and Engineering Director. In 2017, they took on the role of Associate Consultant at eXceeding and Director at Larche Project Services Ltd, where they provided Project Management support to EPC, Design and FEED contractors. Paul currently works as Director of Projects UK and Europe at Fulcrum BioEnergy, Inc.

Paul Hubbard's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School from 2012 to 2015. Paul also completed a BTEC HND year 2 from Northampton College of further education in 1992, a BTEC HND year 1 from Hatfield Polytechnic in 1991, and an OND Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Milton Keynes College from 1988 to 1990.
