John Washburn has over 22 years of experience in the IT industry. John began their career in 1998 as a Help Desk Technical Support at Sempra Energy. In 2001, they moved on to Computer Nerdz as a PC/Network Field Technician where they provided on-site consultation, software/hardware installation, diagnosis, and repair of home desktop systems. John also implemented and troubleshot WiFi connectivity issues. In 2003, they joined Dell as an ARC division and World Wide Investigations Technician, responsible for Level 1 Analysis of Dell products to guarantee all systems met US, international, and UL safety standards. John would also write detailed reports documenting the results from their investigations. In 2004, John began working at Time Warner Cable as a Technical Support Representative, providing phone support for customers with regards to all of TWC products and services. In 2006, they joined CMIT Solutions of Houston-Katy/Willowbrook as a Technical Services where they serviced support ticket requests, implemented, maintained, and troubleshot firewalls (SonicWALL), Ethernet, and WiFi connectivity. Currently, John is a Network Operations Center Engineer at Fulcrum Technology Solutions, LLC.
