Houshine Sabbagh started their work experience in 2018 at Serac, where they served as a Mechanical Design Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for designing and ordering assemblies and parts to improve the blowing of plastic containers. They also assisted in building prototypes and drafting parts, among other responsibilities. During their time at Serac, Houshine Sabbagh accomplished various tasks, including redesigning a supplier's rotary ultrasonic sonotrode assembly, designing and building a prototype for welding plastic sheets, and modifying a blow-molder machine assembly. In 2019, they were promoted to Research and Development Manager and continued to lead a team of engineers and assemblers in programming, designing, and assembling machines. In January 2021, they transitioned to the role of Lead Research and Development Engineer, which they held until August 2021. In August 2021, Houshine Sabbagh joined Fulfil as a Research and Development Engineer, and they also started working as a Research Development Mechanical Engineer at a stealth startup.

Houshine Sabbagh earned a Master's degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they obtained another Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ESIGELEC : ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES.
