Austin Waddecar

Austin Waddecar has worked in the field of design and development since 2010. Austin's first role was as a Graphic Designer at One Planet Computing. Austin then moved to Energi Plc in the same role. In 2013, they joined fulfilmentcrowd as a Product Manager. Austin then became Head of Innovation and Head of Design, where they were responsible for helping develop and improve the company's output of website design and development. As Head of Design, they undertook design briefings for new clients and helped to maintain good relationships with current customers. Austin also acted as a Web Designer and Front End Developer, designing initial concepts for projects and implementing the development process using the latest web standards.

Austin Waddecar's education history includes an incomplete degree in Graphic Design from The University of Bolton, a BTEC National in Graphic Design from Runshaw College between 2006 and 2008, and a Web Design - Adobe Dreamweaver course from Preston College in 2011. Austin also has seven certifications, including Software Architecture: Domain-Driven Design from LinkedIn in 2020, Sub36 Innovator of the Year from Lancashire Business View in 2018, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert from Microsoft in 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate from Microsoft in 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in 2020, Effective Design of RESTful APIs from Lynda.com in 2017, and Up and Running with Node.js from Lynda.com in 2017.
