Chelsea Banister

Chelsea Banister has been in the customer operations and sales field since 2013. Chelsea began their career as a Sales and Service Team Leader at Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, where they were responsible for multi-site performance improvement and coaching staff to deliver customer satisfaction and key performance indicators. During their time there, they led the biggest income campaign for four consecutive years, delivering over £3 million in revenue. In 2018, they moved to Utility Renewals Ltd as a Business Growth Manager, where they designed and implemented strategic sales plans to protect and grow the company's account base. Currently, Chelsea is a Customer Operations Manager and Shared Services Team Leader at Fulfilmentcrowd.

Chelsea Banister attended Habergham High School from 2001 to 2006, where they achieved 11 GCSEs in English, Maths, Science, Applied Business, Theirtory, French, Religious Education, and Technology. Chelsea then attended Burnley Schools' Sixth Form from 2006 to 2008, where they achieved A Levels in English Language and Literature and Communication Studies.
