Joyce Zhang

Joyce Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joyce began their career in 2007 as a Store Supervisor at Tapioca Express before transitioning to a role as a Legal Assistant at King Cheng & Miller, LLP in 2009. In 2011, they gained experience as an Accounting Intern at Sue Yen Leo, CPA, An Accountancy Corporation. Joyce then worked as a Staff Accountant at Tseng & Lee LLP from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they joined HKG, LLP as a Senior Auditor and was later promoted to Audit Supervisor in 2016. Since 2017, Zhang has been working at Fulgent Genetics, starting as a Senior Accountant and progressing to positions such as SEC Reporting Manager, Sr. Manager of SEC Reporting, Director of Financial Reporting, and Division Controller & Director of Financial Reporting.

Joyce Zhang obtained a B.A in Economics from UC San Diego in 2012. Joyce later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2019 to 2022. In 2015, they also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy.
