Nick Donaldson

Nick Donaldson is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and investment banking. As a co-founder and Director of Fulham Shore PLC since March 2012, Donaldson also serves as Non-Executive Chairman of D P Poland PLC and Games Workshop, as well as Partner at London Bridge Capital Partners LLP. Prior roles include head positions in corporate finance at Arbuthnot Securities and investment banking at Robert W. Baird. Donaldson has a strong foundation in law, having earned an Ll.B (Hons) degree from Queen Mary University of London between 1972 and 1975.
