Phillip North

Phillip North has a robust career in quantity surveying, currently serving as Director at Fulkers Bailey Russell since March 2016, after progressing from the role of Associate Director. Previously, Phillip held positions at Capita Property and Infrastructure as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor from May 2012 to March 2016. Phillip's career began at Northcroft, now part of Capita Property & Infrastructure, where roles included Assistant Quantity Surveyor from October 2009 to May 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying from the University of Reading, completed between 2005 and 2008, and prior education at Radyr Comprehensive School from 1998 to 2005.
