Lindsey Haines is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of urban planning, policy, and affordable housing. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Full Circle Communities, Inc., Lindsey is responsible for managing the development department, overseeing project financing, and ensuring successful project close-out. With a background in program evaluation, project management, and political internship, Lindsey brings a diverse skill set to the table. Lindsey holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University.
