Thierry Fernaine

Thierry Fernaine is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Senior Vice President at Mastercard since September 2025 and as a Board Member for a confidential organization since November 2024, where strategic, operational, and technical initiatives are advised. Previous experience includes roles as Managing Director and SVP of Infrastructure & Operations at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation from 2022 to 2025, and Vice President of Cloud Engineering, Chaos Engineering, and SRE at Capital One from 2019 to 2022. At Target, from 2013 to 2019, Thierry led teams supporting technology across over 1,800 stores as Director of Site Reliability Engineering.
