Rebecca Towell has a diverse range of work experience in the events and hospitality industry. Rebecca started their career as a Hospitality and Events Supervisor at Delaware North Companies, where they gained experience in managing events at Derby County Football Ground. Rebecca then worked as a Wedding Coordinator at Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues, specifically at Eastwood Hall in Nottingham. In this role, they managed the company's Venue Finding Department and provided support to various managers and project directors. Rebecca then joined The NEC Birmingham as an Account Manager, responsible for improving revenues and profitability of the NEC Conference and Live Events department. Rebecca also worked as the Group Sales and Marketing Director at Psycho Peacock, a sister company to Full Circle Events & Exhibitions, where they helped turn creative ideas into specialized graphics for various industries. Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Director of Conference & Congress Sales at Full Circle Events & Exhibitions, where they oversee the sales and marketing aspects of the company.

Rebecca Towell attended Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Events Management. Prior to that, they had no further education at Joseph Rowntree, York.
