Josh

Josh is currently a Grow Labor at Full Circle Growers. Prior to that, they served in the US Army from January 2018 to December 2020 as a Lieutenant (Training Analyst). In their role, they were responsible for completing the Professional Leadership Development Program to the Functional Training and Doctrinal Manager under the United States Army Infantry School Commandants Office to ensure consistent communication for project management with tact and diplomacy of government operations. Josh also directed multi-facet teams, projects, and priorities simultaneously with foreign allies in a high stress, fast-paced environment to complete strategic in-field objectives with a 90% success rate by upholding Department of Defense (DOD) operations, using key performance indicators, risk management, and safety protocols in all performed tasks.

In their time with the US Army, Josh was also successful in developing, executing, and managing a highly effective government affairs program promoting a positive public image of the US Army and advocating for policymaker, third-party, and public agency support for the wellbeing of the United States of America. Josh alsobudgeted and scheduled for multiple marksmanship training videos, graphic design, equipment and compared to contracted personal’s report which was approved by higher management, resulting in professional grade video content.

Josh has proven himself to be an analytical and effective leader, capable of developing and analyzing policies and standard operation procedures (SOP), training, analysis, and evaluation of staffing requirements to fulfill organizational requirements in multi-site operations to ensure Department of

Josh earned their Executive MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Human Resource Management (HRM) from Ashland University. Josh also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Josh'story from John Carroll University and an Associate's degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Cuyahoga Community College. Additionally, Josh is a certified United States Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance holder.
