Sarah Bertram Norton

Sarah Bertram Norton is an experienced professional currently serving as the Quality Coordinator and Medical Case Manager at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho since February 2011, where responsibilities include coordinating access to care and resources for HIV+ patients as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Program Manager at All Together Now from July 2003 to February 2011, managing a team of PSR/Case Management providers.
