Chad Plageman

Chad Plageman has over 25 years of progressive work experience in sales and business development. Chad is currently the Director of National Sales at Full Compass Systems since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Poblocki Sign Company LLC from July 2020 to March 2022. From September 2017 to May 2020, Chad worked as a Regional Manager at Fairway Outdoor Advertising, and from June 2015 to September 2017, they held the position of Corporate Director of Sales Development and Client Relations at the same company. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Sales at Brandbumps Marketing Group, Inc. from July 2014 to June 2015. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Adams Outdoor Advertising, including Vice President of Sales from August 2013 to June 2014, National Director of Sales from September 2011 to August 2013, and Regional Sales Manager from February 2007 to September 2011. Chad began their career at Entercom in 2000, where they held roles such as Major Account Executive from August 2004 to July 2007, Local Sales Manager from February 2002 to August 2004, and Local Account Executive from August 2000 to February 2002. Before joining Entercom, they worked as a Local Account Executive at Midwest Communications Radio from February 1996 to August 2000.

Chad Plageman attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
