Ross Duke

Ross Duke is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at FullFibre Limited since June 2022. Previously, Ross held the role of Chief Technology & Operations Officer at Persimmon Homes and Horsebridge Network Services, where responsibilities included overseeing the transition during the acquisition of Horsebridge by Persimmon. Ross began a career in technology consulting in 1999 and possesses a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
