Kent Parker has extensive experience in customer service and communication roles, currently serving as a Retention Specialist at Full Potential Solutions since August 2017 while also working as a Trainee Driver for First Transit since August 2015. Prior to these positions, Kent held the role of Customer Service Manager at Herald House/Community of Christ, leading the customer service team for an in-house publishing company, and worked as a switchboard communications operator at Community of Christ from October 2007 to March 2016. Kent's earlier experience includes managing a location for Browns Limo from 1985 to 1987 and providing customer relationship support via phone at Sears in Des Moines from 1988 to 1996. Kent holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Graceland University, attended from 1979 to 1984.
