Cristina Matei

Cristina Matei is a skilled professional with a background in IT recruitment and physical therapy. Currently serving as a Retention Specialist at The Access Group since October 2025, Cristina previously worked as an IT Recruiter at Veoneer from August 2023 to October 2025, where responsibilities included collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate engagement.
