Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance assistance, nutrition, and education. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products, since August 2020. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist in a private consultancy from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
