Marjory Jeanne Marcelino-Aguila, CLSSYB, has over a decade of experience in customer experience and quality management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Quality Supervisor at Full Potential Solutions since May 2018, Marjory has also held positions as Operations Team Manager and Quality Analyst within the same company. Prior to this, Marjory worked at [24]7.ai from March 2011 to March 2018, where roles included Customer Experience Analyst and Customer Experience Lead. Early career experience includes a Technical Support Specialist position at Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc. from April 2008 to February 2011. Marjory holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Lyceum of the Philippines University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
