Justin Ino

Justin Ino is an experienced quality control and engineering professional currently serving as a Quality Control Supervisor at Energy Recovery, Inc. since July 2021. Prior roles include Quality Engineer II and Quality Control Engineer at the same company, and various engineering positions at Boston Scientific, where responsibilities ranged from software validation to manufacturing engineering. Justin also worked as a Laser Operator and in product testing at Cellotape-Landmark Label, where skills in laser machine programming and design preparation were utilized. Previous experience includes encoding and testing NFC products, community engagement through energy education with CALPIRG/Americorps, and inventory control. Justin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Network and Digital Technology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
