Katherine Dudley

Katherine Dudley Blair is a Professor of Communication Studies and Digital Production at Shorter University since August 2017, bringing extensive experience as a freelance filmmaker and director since January 2017. Prior roles include cast assistant on Lionsgate's "First Kill," and various production positions at Platinum Creative/Full Sail University and Full Sail Productions, where Katherine engaged in multiple aspects of film production and editing. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Principal at Russell Brackman School and South Brunswick Middle School, focusing on administrative duties and multimedia announcements, and teaching TV Broadcasting at South Brunswick High School and Robeson County Career Center, supervising student-produced news shows. Katherine holds a Master of Fine Arts in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Full Sail University, along with multiple master's degrees in administration and education areas from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
