Before that, Chad worked as a Title Insurance Specialist at Fiserv Lending Solutions and as an Organizational Champion at Construction Junction. Chad holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Pittsburgh.
